Skopelos
Skopelos, the green of the dense pine forests with the deep blue colour of the sea create an idyllic natural beauty that enchants the visitor upon arrival. A mixture of different architectural styles give a stately look to the capital of the island.
There are three major ports in Skopelos. The port of Skopelos (Chora), the port of Glossa and the port of Agnontas.
Countless beaches with crystal clear waters, some organized and others hidden from the crowds that can only be enjoyed by boat.
There is also the possibility of choosing a beach by looking for the quiet and wave-free waters depending on the wind direction. Beautiful and colorful bars for the first drink of the evening and the night walks continue with rebetiko music and amazing appetizers.
Alonnisos
Alonnisos is one of the last ecological paradises of the Mediterranean. Beautiful laced beaches with emerald waters and small deserted islands are the ultimate setting for a truly peaceful holiday. Paved alleys with stone-built houses and several churches on the way through Chora, finally reaching the medieval castle overlooking the sea.
You can take a guided tour of the National Marine Park and meet rare species of birds but especially the Mediterranean monk seal monachus-monachus. Numerous shipwrecks from Byzantine times have been discovered on the island and you should definitely visit the underwater museum which is the first of its kind in Greece.
The nightlife of course could not be missing as you start with coffee in a square and end with cocktails and dancing in the amazing bars of Chora.
Skiathos
Skiathos, the cosmopolitan island of the Sporades, the island of Alexandros Papadiamantis with his house that has been turned into a museum.
A destination that combines intense nightlife for all ages and at the same time peace and tranquility while strolling through the picturesque alleys of Chora or enjoying a movie in the beautiful summer cinemas of the island.
In the area of Plakes we can admire the famous "captain's houses" with the picturesque cobbled streets that have been declared a protected monument.
A nice spot for a walk is the old harbour with Bourtzi where many film shootings from the movie "Mamma Mia" have taken place.
Skyros
Skyros, an authentic Aegean island with eager, polite residents who win the visitor from the moment of arrival. Chora of Skyros is built amphitheatrically on a high cliff and is 11 km from the port of Linaria. At the end of the cliff stands the imposing Castle built in Byzantine times to protect the island from pirates.
Walking through the narrow alleys of Chora, you will be tempted to peek at the interior decoration of the traditional Doge's houses. They are distinguished by their inventive layout where the living room, kitchen, bedroom and storage room fit into a small cube-shaped space.
Many small beaches with clear waters offer some for the socialites, others for nudists and others for lonely nature lovers.
